Battle for Middle earth II had me scratching my head after I heard this title was coming to the Xbox 360. I sat down wondering if EA could really pull this off, a real time strategy game on a console who ever heard of a thing. I found my self asking the age old question don’t you need a keyboard and mouse for that. Well I’m proud to tell you EA found a way to make it happen.

   King Kong for the Xbox 360 is one of the few games I always found myself putting on the back burner. I’m not sure why but it never had that appealing look to me. In my mind, why play through the game when everyone has seen the movie and knows the outcome. Well, with my recent illness I found myself with nothing but time on my hands and wound up renting every game under the sun, “King Kong” being one of them.

    Almost everyone who knows me would say I have a short attention span when it comes to video games. I admit it, “I do.” If you looked at as many games as I have you would understand. Game titles have to pull me in, otherwise the console is just begging for me to hit the power button. Looking back, when I saw the original trailer for Full Auto, I admit it looked great because of the fast paced action and great looking explosions with gun’s blazing. Boy was I wrong! The game fell way short of my expectations.

    There have been very few games that have come along that just make you sit back and say to yourself, "WOW! Is this really what games are coming too?" Ghost Recon is one of those games. Storyline: The storyline goes like this; you are Captain Scott Mitchell, a captain of the elite Ghost Recon team, sent on a mission in Mexico City, Mexico along with your other “Ghosts.” Your task is to oversee the implementation of the tri-country trade pact, known as NASJA. You're probably asking yourself, “What does that mean?” I said the same thing, but you will come to understand it better the longer you play the game.

   God of War characterizes you as Kratos, a mortal who when faced with death in battle begs Ares, the Greek God of War, to save him and upon doing so pledges his soul to him.  Ares accepts the offer, and Kratos becomes the most feared soldier in all of Sparta. With the Blades of Chaos grafted onto his arms, Kratos begins his conquests in the name of Ares. What follows is an absolutely gorgeous tale of war, death, and ultimately revenge.
